President - Principal Broker & Owner, The Phoenix Properties (1994-2002):
In a highly competitive industry, The Phoenix Properties evolved over time to offer a blend of packaged services & rose to stand within the top 20% of all companies of its kind. Available programs included: Full Service Sales & Marketing, Buyer Representation, By-Owner Consultation, New Homes Marketing & on site close-outs, as well as working with select projects for acquisition & redevelopment. As the principal broker & primary owner, I handled all aspects of operations including those efforts of sales & marketing, logistics, client relations, plus working with vendors & referral networks to progress business development - all while managing a small but professional base of affiliates.
Sales Agent, NV Realty & The Prudential Properties (1987-1993):
As an agent in residential real estate I received several awards for sales production as well as industry recognition for project management & client satisfaction. My primary efforts carried both in the residential resale market as well as in new homes. After working with NV Realty, the division was sold off in 1989 & the remainder of my time was then spent with The Prudential Properties.

This is an offshoot of what has now become a 20 year study of the fundamental precepts to a life of “purpose, prosperity, & true fulfillment.”
